Common problem 1:
After the vibration tester has been used for a period of time, the noise becomes louder and more piercing.
Solution:
This situation is generally caused by the loosening of the fastening screws on the vibration table during the long-term use of the vibration tester. Find the loose screws and tighten them with a wrench.
Common problem 2:
When the machine is turned on, the host screen is black and there is no display.
Solution:
a. Check whether the circuit is short-circuited;
b. Check whether the wiring plug is faulty;
c. Check the power switch to see if the power switch is faulty;
d. Check the fuse to see if the fuse is burned out.
Common problem 3:
The direction issue of the cooling blower.
Solution:
The cooling fan should run according to the direction arrow on the motor housing. When it is started for the first time, and when the system is reinstalled or the phase line is changed, the direction of the cooling fan should be checked. Note that air circulation does not mean the direction of rotation is correct. Inspection method: Turn off the power supply of the fan. When it gradually stops, you can observe that the blades at the rear end of the motor should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the fan cover.
Common problem 4:
The displacement of the vibration tester is displayed as 0.
Solution:
a. The displacement sensor may be damaged, replace the displacement sensor.
b. The position of the displacement sensor changes, adjust the position of the displacement sensor.
c. The wiring of the amplitude sensor is loose, rewire the amplitude sensor.
Common problem 5:
Voltage problem of the power amplifier.
Solution:
Before installing the power amplifier to the operating position, please check whether the voltage is suitable for the power amplifier. If you want to change the input voltage of the transformer, you must have clear regulations when ordering, otherwise the equipment must be sent back to the original manufacturer for modification.
Tips:
- When the equipment is not doing any work, the power must be turned off and all parts of the machine must be kept clean.
- Regular maintenance and inspection during use can keep your vibration tester in a normal state for a long time.
- During maintenance and inspection, be sure to cut off the power supply to the vibration machine first.
- When the vibration tester is in operation, non-professionals are not allowed to enter the test area, let alone operate the machine.
- If the insulation of the output cable is damaged or the connector is loose or falls off, re-insulate or tighten the cable.
- Keep the automatic centering control system powered on so that the moving ring (armature) is in the normal middle position.
- Maintain good ventilation and keep humidity below 85% (no water droplets).
- When the shaker is powered on, do not put items that are sensitive to magnetism, such as watches and magnetic cards, within 0.6 meters of the machine.
- Since the power amplifier and the system are air-cooled, they should be kept away from areas with high dust, high heat (more than 40 degrees Celsius), or high humidity. Ignoring the operating environment will increase maintenance costs.
